How to make Arem-arem Noodle with Chicken Ragut

Ingredients of Arem-arem : 1/4 kg of noodle
Ingredients of Seasoning :
1/4 kg of garlic
A tea spoon of pepper
Salt to taste
Garlic leaf to taste
Celery to taste
Sugar to taste
Ingredients of content :

1/4kg of potatoes
1/4kg of carrots
1/4kg of chicken meat
400ml of coconut milk
Wrapping : banana's leaf and palm leaf
Step :
1. Boil noodles and coconut milk. Cook and stir until half cooked.

2. Then, mash all the spices.
3. Cut the carrot, potatoes and meat chicken into small dice.


4. Prepare a pan that will be used fry. Then input enough cooking oil into the pan.
5. When the cooking oil was hot, add the seasoning until the aroma comes out.
6. Put meat, then saute until it is mature.
7. Put carrots and potatoes, stir it evenly.
8. Then pour the coconut milk. Stir it evenly.
9. Add seasonings like sugar, salt and pepper powder. Stir and cook it until the sauce shrinks.
10. If all of ingredient was mature, take a banana leaf that has been cleaned before.
11. Then take 3 tablespoons of arem noodles.


12. Wrap them on a banana leaf and flat it out.
13. After that, take the contents of the bater that has been made. Roll and solidify it. Do the same steps until the batter is gone.
Prepare a tool for steaming. Then steam all 14. the arems until cooked. After that you can lift it.
